Heidi joins DRW with eight years of youth justice advocacy experience focused at the intersection of disability and criminalization. Her background includes experience navigating Washington’s legislative process as well as strengths in coalition building, facilitation, and training. Heidi is passionate about promoting dignity and self-determination for all people.
