Disability Rights Washington is pleased to announce that we are restarting Technical Assistance to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are having issues with supported living and waiver services. Technical Assistance Services include:
- general information about legal rights;
- strategies about how to become a stronger self-advocate; and
- information sheets on a wide range of subjects [1] that can empower individuals with disabilities to better advocate for themselves.
Medicaid Waiver TA services may be right for you if:
- You’re having an issue related to supported living or SOLAs;
- You’re a DDCS client; or
- You’re having an issue related to Medicaid waver services.
