In March 2026 DRW’s Long-Term Care Resident Rights Program welcomed Masha Pobedinsky as and Advocate. Before joining DRW, Masha practiced as an elder law attorney in Houston, Texas. Masha graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2024, where she founded the Disability Law Society and served as Lead Principal Investigator for the Olmstead Project under a UH Population Health Grant.
Masha notes: “I am honored to have the opportunity to provide direct legal representation to long-term care residents across Washington. I am grateful to be part of DRW’s work to support people with disabilities to live in the community of their choosing.”
