Adri Kozuch
Director of Finance
Adri Kozuch (she/her) is the Director of Finance at Disability Rights Washington. She brings a background in nonprofit finance, accounting, and organizational leadership, and is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build sustainable systems and use their resources to create the greatest possible impact. Prior to joining DRW, Adri served as Accounting Manager at Ticket to Dream, a nonprofit supporting children in foster care, and as Treasurer and Board member for Seattle Pride. She has also volunteered with The Sophia Way, supporting women experiencing homelessness.
Adri believes that good financial management is about more than getting the numbers right — it’s about making sure resources are supporting the people and programs that need them most. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, painting, gaming, bouldering, and spending time with her husband, friends, and pets.
