On May 3, 2024, the Trueblood Diversion Workgroup released the 2024 Phase V Request for Proposals, available here, from providers who currently or recently have: 1) operated housing for people with significant behavioral health conditions, or 2) operated programs specifically targeted to Trueblood Class Members. We seek providers who wish to enhance the availability of housing and related residential support services for current or previous Class Members in their region, in line with the goals and principles outlined in the RFP.
DSHS data comp eval restoration by county can be found here. Data provided by DSHS shows all competency evaluation and restoration orders by county, not just for those who are in jail.
DSHS also publishes a report every month showing class member data that may be useful.
A meeting for potential applicants to ask questions about the RFP was held on May 10, 2024. A summary of these questions and answers is available here.
